Delivery Times

Delivery time is 1 to 2 business days. It starts counting from the day after the purchase is made.

*Shipping is done on Mondays and Thursdays.

In Regions it is 2 to 3 business days, and in extreme regions up to 5 days.

Delivery times are between 8:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m.

It is important that you provide us with an address where the products can be received at the specified time. All delivery details must be provided, such as reception at the concierge or office.

In the event of the customer's absence at the time of delivery, whether due to incorrect information or change of address, Divina Musa is not responsible for the costs of returning the shipment if necessary.

Shipping costs

1. Free Shipping over $60,000 to all of Chile.
2. Shipping in Metropolitan Region $3,800.
3. To Regions $5,000 or you can select the "PAYABLE" option. We ship via Starken.
